QA? that's so 90's, man!
nowadays, we 'manage' the developers to produce a high quality product.
True, that usually means that each developer is assigned a person telling him what documents to fill and where to place them, taking a person from the testing team, but I'm sure the results will be clearly seen in 2-3 years.
Why 'Assure' When you can 'Manage'!!
(Works also as a nice promotion...)
