Last time, I ended up bursting in tears after my colleagues refused to cooperate with me. Now, I turn to them in an attempt to finally answer the question: "can there be influence without authority"?
This is the shocking conclusion of the chapter about "Influence without Authority"... On second thought, it's the most expected conclusion you can imagine...
