Maybe I'm working in crap and didnt even knew it...
Its the same everywhere.... Try asking & you will end up same way....
i can literally see my proactive manager yelling (barking ?) at me like this :D

I have relocated....
Instead of getting a raise I'm getting income tax discounts :-P
